I would be delighted to guide you on some of the great climbs on our wonderful cliffs and mountains. Choosing a climbing guide will help you maximise your time on the rock, make the most of your chosen venue and overall have an awesome day.
Our guided days of climbing are best suited for 1 or 2 people.
Glendalough rock climbing
Glendalough is a fantastic multipitch granite cliff nestled in a beautiful mountain valley in Wicklow. Less than an hour from Dublin it is a great place to experience climbing on its sunny south facing climbs. There is something for all levels of climbing with climbs big and small, and a wide spread of grades. Join us for a tour of one of Ireland’s best cliffs and we can climb some classic routes together.
Gap of Dunloe rock climbing
The country’s highest mountains are found in Ireland’s southwest. Here also is the spectacular Gap of Dunloe. The cliff has a wild mountain feel and features some impressive faces and buttresses. Join us for a day or a weekend and we can explore the best climbs the crag has to offer – from short, steep technical climbs to longer multipitch adventures, there is something for everyone here.
Burren rock climbing
Nestled on the Clare coastline, the Burren hosts some of the fines limestone trad climbing you will find anywhere. From the steep spectacular seacliffs to the wild inland cliffs your adventure is guaranteed. There are few more wonderful places to be than climbing above the atlantic ocean swell in the sunshine! Come join us!
Howling Ridge on Corrán Tuathail
In my opinion the best introduction to mountain rock-climbing and scrambling route in the country. This spectacular ridge is a wonderful way to climb our highest mountain. On our guided ascents of Howling Ridge you will be treated to enjoyable climbing in spectacular surrounds with magnificent views of the McGillycuddy’s Reeks.
Guided ascents for 1-3 people (2 is ideal)
