Climbing Movement Skills and Conditioning

This course is designed to assess your climbing strengths and weaknesses through bouldering and roped climbing.

We will focus first on improving technique and confidence through movement drills. Depending on your skill level we may also introduce strength and conditioning to develop strength and power where needed . Best suited to beginner to intermediate climbers.

This is a 3-hour indoor course after which you will be provided with a written plan for progression.
